The Hawaii Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation was formed in February 2010 as a not-for-profit charitable corporation and is registered with the state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Its primary purpose is to design, construct, and maintain a monument to honor law enforcement officers from city, county, state, military, and federal agencies who have died in the line of duty, while serving the people of Hawaii.
Thanks to the communities great support, and last year's race, we were finally able to complete the memorial build. The Foundation's new focus is to maintain and operate this beautiful site, and establish a scholarship program for the families of those who have sacrificed.
